Please read our booking, cancellation, rescheduling and late-arrival policies before confirming your appointment.
01 · Non-members only
Booking your appointment
To make a booking, please contact us to confirm your preferred time slot. We will then provide payment instructions for the HK$100 Booking Fee.
Your reservation will be secured once we confirm receipt of payment. Except where a refund applies under the cancellation policy below, the Booking Fee is non-refundable. It will be deducted from your total service charges at the end of your treatment.
When making your booking, please let us know if you would like nail art or any additional services so that we can allow sufficient time for preparation.

Required to secure a non-member appointment and deductible from the final service total.
02 · Members and non-members
Cancellation, rescheduling and late arrivals
Rescheduling
Members and non-members may reschedule their session once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the session begins.
Requests made within 24 hours of a session cannot be accepted and will be treated as a new booking request. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, rescheduling will be permitted at no charge.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their treatment at least 24 hours before the session at no charge. Non-members may also cancel at least 24 hours before the session and receive a refund of the Booking Fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session will incur a HK$100 late cancellation fee. For members, the fee will be deducted from the package balance at the following treatment. For non-members, the Booking Fee will be forfeited.
Late arrivals
Please arrive punctually. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your session begins, we may be unable to provide the service.
In that situation, members will be charged a HK$100 penalty, deducted from the package balance at the following treatment. For non-members, the Booking Fee will be forfeited.
